How do I register?

Simply decide on the commemorative medal/distance challenge below.  Select the quantity from the drop-down menu. 'Add to cart' and pay. You then run, walk or cycle your chosen challenge in a time frame that best suits you. You have 6 weeks from day of purchase to fulfill your challenge. Remember to keep a record of your activity. We accept a screenshot from your fitness wearable or mobile phone app. Written spreadsheet or activity planner is also permitted. At the end of your challenge, submit your evidence to www.runfar.co.uk/evidenceform. Wait … and your reward pack will be prepared and dispatched promptly. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Finally, wear your medal with pride! And don't forget to send runFAR your selfie ;)
