PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured project management method. The PRINCE2 framework is used all over the world and can be tailored to suit any project you are managing, regardless of industry sector, or size and nature of the project

The duration of the PRINCE2 course depends on the study format you choose. It typically takes students anywhere from three days to three months to complete a PRINCE2 project management qualification.  Classroom courses are typically 3-5 days duration

There are two levels of certification in PRINCE2.

Foundation focuses on the basic understanding of PRINCE2 principles, themes and processes.

Practitioner is more advanced and requires candidates to demonstrate their ability to apply PRINCE2 to a scenario
